Today, WhiteFiber reached a significant milestone by becoming an independent, publicly traded company, listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the ticker symbol “WYFI.” This is a pivotal moment for WhiteFiber. With fresh access to capital, we believe we’re in a position to accelerate our growth, expand our global footprint, and continue to invest in R&D to deliver the highest levels of performance and reliability from the GPU clusters in the WhiteFiber Cloud and those colocated in our data centers.
Our very first post on this blog introduced WhiteFiber as: ‘a next-generation GPU cloud computing service’ – now, just under six months later, we are much more than that. Today we are a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company offering not only a GPU cloud but also offering colocation and hybrid AI solutions through our owned and managed data centers.
Companies large, small, and emerging are investing in developing AI to support use cases across industries and customer segments. The race is on to deliver the next solution that will change the world and how (and how long) we live in it.
There are really only two limiting factors for AI innovation:
The first of these factors is limitless. The second is not. And this is where we are focused.
WhiteFiber offers high-performance infrastructure to AI teams of all sizes through our GPU cloud solutions, which currently support a number of GPU cloud marketplaces, and through our owned and operated Tier III data centers. We aren’t the only company offering cutting edge GPUs to our customers, we know that. Because teams have access to the same processing hardware, we believe that the underlying infrastructure from storage to network to cooling to N+1 redundancy make the difference in helping teams innovate, build, and deploy faster.
The WhiteFiber Cloud R&D team is focused on delivering innovation that enhances the performance of our GPU clusters. Our innovations don't just manifest in the marketplaces and solutions supported by the WhiteFiber Cloud. We also bring this innovation to our colocation customers.
Our data centers include direct to chip cooling and meet the requirements of Tier III data centers, providing a robust and reliable environment. The team is not only working to expand access to power through our model of retrofitting sites into purpose built AI data centers. They also provide expertise and services to help customers deploy the optimal infrastructure for their workloads. We believe the combination of WhiteFiber innovation, data center reliability and scalability, and expert support will help our customers deliver AI solutions to market fast and reliably.

We call ourselves ‘The AI Infrastructure Company’ not because it’s a catchy slogan but because we are not simply a GPU cloud or a colocation provider. We deliver optimized AI infrastructure at scale. From enterprises seeking hybrid solutions with dedicated colocated clusters paired with a private cloud to GPU cloud marketplaces who demand high performing GPUs for their customers, we aspire to deliver infrastructure, services, and support that consistently exceed expectations.
We are WhiteFiber.
If you want to transform your infrastructure investments into a competitive advantage, we’d love to speak with you.
