Sam Tabar, CEO

Sam Tabar is CEO of WhiteFiber. He also serves as CEO of Bit Digital, where he was previously Chief Strategy Officer. Earlier in his career, he was Co-Founder and CSO of Fluidity, Partner at FullCycle, and Head of Capital Strategy (Asia Pacific) at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He began his career at Sparx Group and Skadden, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Sam holds his B.A. from Oxford University and LL.M. from Columbia Law, where he was associate editor of the Business Law Journal. He is a member of the NY State Bar.

Justin Zhu, CFO

Justin Zhu is CFO of WhiteFiber. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Bit Digital, transitioning to WhiteFiber in August 2026. He has over a decade of experience in finance and accounting leadership, including US GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance, and led Bit Digital's transition from foreign private issuer to domestic filer.

Billy Krassakopoulos,

President, Data Centers

Billy Krassakopoulos is President of WhiteFiber. A 20+ year data center veteran, he founded Netintelligent Hosting Services, later acquired by eStruxture, where he served as VP. Billy’s leadership spans managed hosting, infrastructure development, and operational excellence. His proven track record continues to drive WhiteFiber’s innovation and growth in the AI infrastructure and data center space.

Independent Directors

Ichi Shih, Independent Director

Ichi Shih is a director of WhiteFiber. She brings global experience in financial management, M&A, and capital markets. Ichi has held senior roles at Goldman Sachs, China Valves, Nasdaq Dubai, and Glory Sky Capital. She also currently serves as a director on the Bit Digital board. She is a CPA and holds degrees from NYU Stern (B.S.) and Columbia SIPA (M.A.). Ichi’s deep financial expertise and board experience strengthen WhiteFiber’s governance and growth oversight.

Jiashu (Bill) Xiong, Independent Director

Bill Xiong is an independent director of WhiteFiber. He also serves on the Bit Digital board. He previously led IT/DevOps for Agricultural Bank of China (Canada). Bill holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Software Engineering from the University of Victoria. His deep technical background and long-standing involvement with WhiteFiber make him a valuable contributor to the board.

Michael Rulf, Independent Director

Michael Rulf is an independent director of WhiteFiber. He is Chief Technology Officer, Americas at Syntax, with more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology and cloud infrastructure leadership, including prior roles at Oracle and AT&T. Michael's technology background supports WhiteFiber's board oversight of its AI infrastructure strategy.

Pruitt Hall, Independent Director

Pruitt Hall is Director of Mission Critical Services at Kirkland, Inc., where he designs and builds AI infrastructure for data centers. A seasoned expert, he also served as Director of Tech Services at SSASE/Falk. In 2017, he was named a Data Center Energy Practitioner by the U.S. Department of Energy. With decades of experience, Pruitt helps guide WhiteFiber’s infrastructure strategy as a member of the board.
