Procurement teams compare us in spreadsheets. An anchor rate gets us into the comparison; the structured quote wins it. Custom-quoted rates remain customer-specific and term-dependent.
How is storage priced?
Two tiers: high-performance (VAST/parallel filesystem) at $/GB-month, and capacity (object) at a lower $/GB-month. You're billed only on actual consumption, not provisioned capacity.
What's the minimum reservation?
32 nodes (256 GPUs), 12-month minimum term. Below that, our Pay-per-Use Managed AI mode is the right fit.
What does "managed" actually include?
We offer comprehensive GPU cluster lifecycle management from architecture design to ongoing operations and support across the stack. As you scale, our team works with you to understand capacity requirements and ensure a seamless path to infrastructure growth.
Can I bring my own hardware?
Yes. Our service offering is intended to support customers that have or intend to purchase their own physical infrastructure and are looking for the necessary expertise and experience to support the cluster lifecycle.
Are you publicly compliant?
SOC 2 and ISO 27001 in production today; NIST 800-53 and EU Cybersecurity Act paths available for sovereign deployments. FedRAMP available as an optional attestation add-on.
